A little bit Phatba, I always keep all the original bits so I won't be selling them. I actually wanted those new multi spoked ones they have on the XR's but just like most other things with this car, they won't do it!? Even though I hate the roll bar it'll be getting stored in the shed too.

Really not a fan of the GS range. I always think of it as a poor mans GT. But its a great car mate. looking the goods

What exactly does that mean Frank?
You'd need some TFS heads and cams to go 600hp with a 2V 4.6. A 3V 4.6 is probably a better option in that case.

exactly that.... I now own 2 auxr6's..... 1 manual 1 auto

1 needs to go :(
insured for at least double market value LOL!

how much work is involved in dropping in a 3v then?
new box,mounts,tailshaft/exhaust obviously
need a new ecu as well..

bah might be easier to drop in a ba lpg i6 and turbo that

Yeah that's my mates' Super pursuit. The cover looks ok from there but from the side they look too bulky...much like the roll bar mine had. His has one of those quad tip bumpers which they want something close to 4k for!? with a Manta after cat. Thing is, they never match the paint right(although this car is the best I've seen) and the exhaust always hangs down a bit on the left side so it looks f**k...for that much money it should be perfect! Money better spent on huge wheels and/or lowering.
I'll run the thing in properly and drive it for some time before I tune it or anything like that. In all honesty it goes that good stock I'm not in a great hurry. It's not often you can say that is it?

The GT does Ben. I think the GS will be in the low 13's though. It feels like low 13's high 12's.
My mates GS manual ute is in the mid 12's with just a tune and lousy 2.5 60's. 118mph spells low 11's if it hooks:) Utes' are very heavy too.
Also a problem for the ute is no bi-modal exhaust so you can hardly hear it!?....that'll be fixed soon enough. Makes it a little difficult on take off because I can't hear the engine!?
Having said that the stock exhaust looks good. Photies soon.
