Ford NZ will do a genuine AU6 head gasket for $386. Which is why you buy them from SHIFTKITS.COM.AU......... And head bolts from Ford NZ aren't much cheaper by the way.

You should ask them for a price on a new power steering pump

Ford prices for anything = :o

Man i sure do know how to waste money haha, have been watching some Autometer gauges on eBay for the last couple of days, i ended up winning the bastards. I put in a cheeky bid of $167 thinking i would be outbid for sure, but oh no, i won them  . Not that i'm not happy about the gauges, i just didn't REALLY need to buy them at all. But now that i've got them, i'm pretty happy!

I got:

1 oil temp #4341
1 fuel pressure #4311
1 oil pressure #4321
1 water pressure (WTF is this, i didn't even know there was such a thing?!)
1 water temp #4431
1 volts #4391

The only one i will probably be parting with is the water press. lol, as i have no need for it and i have no idea what the f**k it's meant to be good for :? I don't think i need any of the others either as my engine is pretty much standard, but hey, at least they will look snappy sitting in the C**k-pit

Mounted my shift light yesterday, but for some reason when i wired it up it won't go... I wired it into the cluster wires, but get nothing... weird.

I also picked up a woodgrain air freshener. Suits the interior perfectly, i think i just need to give it a coat of gloss to match the rest of the woodgrain panels

just go to the wreckers and get a replacement early e-series fairmont/fairlane/ltd centre console loom as it may be that the connector is f**k

Cluster works perfectly, the shift light doesn't do anything. Maybe i'm wiring it into the wrong wires, although i quadruple checked and i'm 99.9% it was correct. I've emailed Timmytimtim the electrical guru so hopefully he can help 8-)

What do you guys reckon of this? I did a photochop today with some new wheels and some Magnaflow tips i'm getting with the new Zorst. Check out the chop below and tell me what you think

I would like to sell my Boyd's in the near future and go for some Konig Netz, i love the look of them and i'll be getting them in 20x10 for the back and 18.9 for the front. The Boyd's are only 17x8 and look quite small on my car, they cost me $4000 so i don't think i can afford to buy some bigger ones for the rear.

They are also a massive PITA to keep looking good, takes a whole day to polish them and then they are back to dull and dirty the next day.

I also have on order (payment awaiting) two magnaflow 12215 mufflers a magnaflow 10780 X-pipe and two magnaflow 35123 tips.

Looks good mate, love the wheels. Those magnaflow tips look great too, I just have a cheap set for my twin pipes.
But now I have a new tank, so I can start all over again and do things a little different this time :P

+1, love that look!! Those Konig wheels would look mint on the LTD, and the twin tips finish the rear end nicely.

Do it!!

Those wheels do look super nice - And they're less cleaning than my simple looking ROH's mate.

Is that a Bambina in the background?
