Is that from Jastel? He lives about 5 minutes drive from my place and is selling the cappa interior out of an El mont ghia.

This is the stuff I have been using to remove the swirl marks from paint before I have been giving it a new coat of wax.

Managed to get the bonnet and right guard done this arvo after work before it got dark

Mate, he's not in Sydney. We live in Cardiff near Lake Macquarie, about 2 hours north of Sydney if that makes any difference. I got the 3:45 diff out of that car. That cappa interior is mint mate, well worth the drive for the $300 plus fuel. I could even get it for you and store it here if that helps until you can arrange something else. Just a suggestion.

It was on sale at supercheap on the weekend for $18 I think. the tech wax was a bit pricey though. The lanes got to look her best for the AFD though :D
And I still have a few bits'n'pieces to get before the transformation to LTD is complete. Things like Leather and carpet kick panels, felt lined interior door and window trim, leather centre console, rear garnish LTD badge etc etc etc Oh s**t and I nearly forgot the woodgrain, But I have bought all of the replacement interior dash and centre console trim and I am gunna send it all to melbourne to get it treated in woodgrain.
Always plenty on the to do list.

Hey! There's a thought! The guy I bought the seats from has a brother in-law who is an interstate truckie. He is able to throw them on his rig for the trip south and stops at a local truck stop every wednesday evening. I am arranging to pick them up from him next week. It won't hurt to ask the question if he can take a set back with him. I am getting charged an extra $50 for his trouble, so should be the same to do a return trip. I'll let you know mate.
