Is yours a Ghia? Almost impossible to get the side strips and the front and rear bars with the colour coding. Ebay would be your best bet or finding a donour car on gumtree that already has them.

Don't know mate....got me stumped! If the bumpers are colour coded the doors should be as well ??? My guess would be that the bumpers have been upgraded and the doors would be original, only because the bumpers are easier to replace.

Here's what they should look like :wink:
{DESCRIPTION}
You could paint them, just need to use plastic primer before painting colour! Whats the chrome like?

So plastic primer, no sanding or anything?? Chrome looks like new - probably replaced during paint job.

So i know its been a while since i asked (see posts above), but i finally got around to colour coding the side mouldings. Used plastic primer, and a colour coded spray can to G5 for Cardinal Red. Just one decent coat of primer, and a couple of light coats for the topcoat, and done!

No worries mate, good to see progress. You still adding the chrome strip or leaving them as they are?
