Now THAT sounds like a plan Mick! :D :D

It does doesn't it  All going well, the garage will contain the Lane, her twin LTD and the missus' XR8. Had me thinking today though, when did I lose focus on the house

Well, my take on it is like this......money spent on the house is an investment for the future and increases value on the property. One of the upsides to this is more money down the track to do some serious stuff with cars.

Where as spending money on cars at this point in time is simply going backwards and potentially digging myself into a big hole, but, I love playing with the cars so I still need a hobby to keep my sanity in check at the end of the day :?

Except for today! I friggin hate working on the ED wagon. How bloody hard to they need to make it to change the friggin heater hose that runs under the intake manifold  There was some cussing and tool tossing going on at my place today :x

But it's fixed now and the wagon is back on the road again and out the front with the old 4 Sale signs. Good thing I live on a fairly busy main road with good exposure. Hopefully it will be gone soon.

I've already replaced the heater tap on the 5.0L and it was a walk in the park compared to the 6.

try removing the coil packs from a EF.. there is a issue you will learn to hate. to get the bolts properly you need to remove the mount, to remove the mount you need the coil pack out of the way.

or you can remove the whole intake manifold lol

Good to hear things are working out for you Mick.
Mind you I was a bit worried about all the "tool tossing" going on................
