Maybe, will need some "before" shots before it gets dismantled anyway. Been raining here most of the week, so after work it's inside and into the warmth :P Still haven't been near the beast

Then I guess you missed the bit where I mentioned it only has third gear......even if I red lined the b**ch and dropped it into drive, I don't reckon I would get even a little chirp out of it. Besides, I still need to move it about once I start ripping it apart.......... :P

Thats alright, i managed to put the wagon into limp home mode last night and then the f**k thing didnt want to idle so i had to use the accelerator to idle it and cause it was on grass, i decided to do a bit of mowing to make way for the new, eer.... pathway

EDIT: limp home mode was due to me unplugging the speedo sensor as the speedo wasnt reading correctly, found out thismorning it was dirty contacts.

and the idling problem was cause i was working on the throttle body and the intake for the gas as one of the main cold air hoses that goes into the main snorkel for the airbox decided to rub against the drive belt thus causing it to die and while doing so, i had to move the car into the garage without the idle speed controller or the other thing on top of the throttle body connected

Well I guess you will have a crap load of spare parts for your LTD build. Also you could put the C/D pillar louvered glass in that the LTD's have?

Not sure if I wanna go back down that road again :? When I bought the LTD, I was hoping it was going to be in better nick than it is, and was going to be the base for an LTD build of it's own....ah well, over it now :)

Well, rego done for another year  Only thing I got pinged on was no light above the rear number plate.......woops! Must have forgot to connect it back up when I changed the garnish back to Fairlane
Drove it home in the rain after getting new tyres and rego check, and with the front brake calipers getting rebuilt, feels so much safer under foot and the sphinxter wasn't as tight  Good launches off the lights with minimal :P tyre spin
Put pics up soon of the little air hoist the local tyre place uses. I want one
