As its running just driving around it feels ballsy but i really need to fix this missing issue because it is really really affecting performance, but it felt pretty much the same as when i put them on the eb bigger balls mate very happy with my tfs heads.
Really looking forward to having it running 100% and heading out to wsid, i think the front sits just atad bit higher aswell... |

Been checking everywhere for a new synchronizer and noone but fordpro have them, they want $200 for an unknown condition part fft...
Ford spares want $820 Tried rock auto but it doesnt make sense they have nothing for our falcon but a book wtf... I went through and checked the explorer and mountaneer AND mercury which run same part number but they look like they run a three pronged cam positioning sensor which wont work with my car. Its always the way some small thing f**k everything up from running properly.... |

Dude enhance your calm.
I will look up the part number and link for you tonight. You buy the one for an explorer. Actually I think I have already put the link up earlier in your build thread.

Here it is mate. The exact same one I bought for our ones.
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=971974 If your ordering put me down for one. A spare in parts storage would be handy.

Cam synchro has been replaced with a new one, number 4 spark plug needed changing as there were marks all over it where it had been arcing...
Replaced plug and it fires on all 8 again revs cleanly too, let car warm up and take it for a drive and then i start getting the chirping sound back. As i pulled up in my driveway the oil pressure light came on and the dash beeped at me so i switched it off, took it for a drive to the shops today and all was fine until i got near home and the chirping got louder. When i pull up to a set of lights the sound gets so bad and the oil pressure drops to 0, if i put it in nuetral and hold the revs at 2000rpm oil pressure goes back up and the chirping goes away. So ive got it here at home and im thinking ill drill a hole in the fuel tank to get the 30ltrs that i just put in the C*** and marinate the body well in 100ron e10 and burn the f**k to the ground, it deserves it. |
