no way man... auto all the way!

I used to long for a manual after my first car which was a 5speed Datsun 260Z but I've grown fond of the auto now.

I wanna beef up the box and put a nice shift kit in :D

But there's other things on the list first...

I love your car and all but... you had a 260Z as your first car? And you sold it? Oh god, jeleous as hell man. That was always (and still is) my dream car. May I ask why you got rid of it?

Coz I'm an idiot.

They really weren't selling well when I sold it so I jumped at the opportunity to piss it off. Now I shudder to think what mine would be worth...

It was a real nice car... Extractors into a 2.5"... best sounding exhaust I've ever heard. Custom black and red leather trimming with immaculate original leather sports seats... It was an ex-drift car so it had big twin double barrel carbies and an aftermarket body kit... It was even still painted in it's racing colours.

It was very nice from a distance but it was the rust and underbody dents which stopped me from spending more money on it to restore it.

This was it when I bought it...

my missus father just (well a few months back) brought a 280 getting all the rust fixed and sodablasted and new door skins made etc etc al lot of work and it only cost him 4500 for all the work which is getting done... these things are a nice car... seen a white one with a huge ford windsor in it.

Yeh well the paintwork is all getting fixed up in a month or so...

And what's wrong with the leather?

The pics are s**t... You really need to see it in the flesh to appreciate it.

Latest mod... A mate gave me a set of front headlight covers lol

They don't look like much in the photos but they actually hide the yellowing of the headlights a little.

I'm going to get a can of tinting spray and have a bit of fun with them...

Here's pics...
