No new pics and no updates I'm afraid... These holidays have been spent fixing up little things that have been annoying me rather than creating new ones...

I've still got plans for the car but I'm happy with how it is at the moment so I haven't wanted to pull anything to pieces!

Instead I spent some money on a TV and home entertainment system :D

Just thought I'd throw up a couple of pics we took at Victor Harbour the other week...

There's nothing new. I'm just enjoying it how it is at the moment... I haven't had the mod bug for a while...

Hey hey! It is!

I sent them an email quite a few months ago seeing if I could get the car into Boys in Blue. They raised the possibility of doing a feature on it and said they'd pop it into reader's rides soon.

I'd forgotten about it! When I spend a couple more dollars on it I should contact them again about maybe doing a feature.

No, no and no...

It requires an extra wire to be taken from the RH instrument cluster wiring harness. All the instrustions are in a tech doco on here.

And I don't think it will work automatically on LPG (I may be wrong) I think it requires some extra wiring up.

I wouldn't know, my car is dedicated petrol, that switch is hooked up to a battery isolator. My girlfriends EL Fairy Ghia came with a good gas system on it which is wired up to the instrument cluster and hence works with the trip computer.

However most gas systems come with a seperate gauge and run independantly from the instrument cluster which is where the trip computer gets it's data from.
