nice car mate, great work with the dash!! are the airbags working?

Just some questions, are they factory wheels for the el xr6?

didn't the xr6's have skirts from factory??

Yeah both the Airbags are hooked up and working.

The EL and EF XR6/8 had the tickford kit and the 16" FTR rims as an option but not as standard kit. The standard wheels are only 15" and look absolutly terrible (EL especially). Im on the hunt for some newies at the moment.

The Dual airbag dash was an option too i think.

The Tickford skirts are coming along nicely. We prepped and sprayed them today at work but only managed to get one coat on before we left. They should be all sorted by Monday.

Mechanical wise the car had been quite down on power lately. After having a bit of a look I found that my catalytic converter had broken apart into chunks and was blocking exhaust flow. Some peices had even started to melt. After fixing that Im astonished how much power that car has back.


Thanks about it for the moment. In the pipeline is a new set of wheels and more body kit.
