you could just by an fg turbo, spent under 10g on mods and can get 450+wkw and should run a 10-11 sec 1/4..

$30,000 and the rest.

I know people that have 500RwKw and they have spent more than that and this is in BF/FG cars with decent brakes and either 6 speed auto/manual, they break gearboxes at that power. It is not the KW that stuffs the boxes but the torque, these guys are in excess of 1000nm at the tyres.

You are going to need to fit the motor, turbos etc. Atomic Motors start at $8,800 and go up to $19,000 and this is a current price taken from their web site, this not fitted. Add Brake upgrade, built gearbox, diff, electrical, engineering, tuning, +++++ etc etc. $30,000 is just not going to cut it.

Lots of dreaming, no a bad thing as if they can be achieved but.................. this time I think you need to review your dreams Mitch. Or to put it another way, Take you hand off it :) .

You won't need any more that 400rwkw Mitch, I went on a cruise a few weeks ago, there was a turbo boxcar making around 400rwkw with a tko manual, It was ripping powerskids nonstop. I don't even know how you'd drive a 600-800rwkw car as a daily.

reliably built skyline motors start at 15k and go to 30k depend on what power figure you have in mind. Not including turbos gearboxes and alot of other accessories

You wouldn't be able to have a 600+RWKW ride as a daily. My father in law has a 700rwhp SS VE with 427ci and 3.4L Whipple supercharger and built by HPF in Melbourne. The car is insane but a ton of fun, however it uses a LOT of fuel, a nightmare in traffic and terriable in the wet. His work car is a supercharged SS wagon with 350rwkw and is much better as a daily, although 600+RWKW would be wicked fun, that kind of a car is more of a track car/ weekend warrior....

Would be nice to see a 600rwkw EL though...
