new update, dad clipped a pole with mums mirror in her ba, so now i've got a chance to mod a e series mirror and put a ba outter onto it and see how it goes, the glass won't hold so it won't be useable

also found out xr headlights are still produced for the pricy sum of 450 bucks so i'll see if i can get a second hand set,

also ordered a excedy heavy duty clutch, so all thats left is fly wheel machining, spigot bearing and oil and i can do my converstion which i'm planning to in a couple of weeks, also going to change my diff oil while i'm under there

started work on the mirror this morning, started by trying to modify the ef mirro
was trying not to damage this but ended up snaping them all
Image
when i before i modified the ef side of it all
Image
chopped this part off
Image
quickly realsied i was going about this the wrong way, and choped a nice hole in the ef mirror and stripped down the ba mirror and got it all pulled apart

Image
Image
Image
Image
got this all sitting right screwed it together, and put the ba parts back onto it, will lightly fibreglass it and cut the back off so i can look at it on the car, will buy 2 sets of mirros one ef set and one ba set so i can modify them again

I think, and I could be wrong, twinlights sell after market xr headlights for ef/l. Could be a better option. Just the lights though. Not the mount.

That's why I pulled my engine to do it  Probably takes just as long though.
