{USERNAME} wrote: {USERNAME} wrote: {USERNAME} wrote: my old man had a xt 500 i started on a xt 250 and now have an xr600r and i'm test riding an brand new crf450r in the next few weeks i was always brought up on s**t 2 strokes without power band but when i got given an xr250 ive always loved them, have ridden a few husky 125 2 strokes and yz 250 2 strokes, the 4 stroke just seems better for an everyday rider, if i was racing id probably get a 2 stroke i havent ridden in 3 odd years, need to get back on soon ktm and yamaha are the only 2 stroke producers now, 4 strokes are getting alot fast now, fuel injection and the likes, i want to race a 450, first 2 stroke i rode was a cr125 and it blew me away with it's power to weight ratio, then a road an rm 125 and found it s**t house my mate had an rm 125 and a husky 125 2 strokes and the husky was much better, im too light for yz 250s, they are pretty nutz for me, have ridden a honda racing quad before, cant remember what they are called but it had dual racing pipes and oil cooler among other internal bits and pieces, it used to chew tyres out on the rear crazy, they are soo fast, especially when you take them onto a "private" tar straight road

Mitch, are you still looking for a BA rear wing? Have one here with removable legs as well as a pair of F/Glass Typhoon legs. The legs will need to be reshaped to suit the EF/EL boot but its not that hard. Includes LED Brake Light. Wing is original BA.

might have an xb bonnet for my el soon too, its in brisbane and we have family freinds down there so if i get it will store it there until i'm down there next, probably september or maybe even schoolies week for moto ridin with my mate

paintd my brake pads black today, baught red caplier paint, super crap only had, red yellow or purple,
front left rotor will brake cleaner work for removing the rustelo from the rotors? also my brothers calipers and hubs he painted 3 years ago Cheers Mitch |

Paint the hub of your rotor in black high temp paint. It will look so much better than the rusty shiit that is on most other E series cars.

yeah second time i've done front pads, it's the rotor and rear pads i'm new at, the pads have bed in material writen on them
should i do as done on the street ford mag video ( scuff them on flat concrete) or just throw them into the car? |
