And the uprights would be different to e series, in.other words not interchangable
Ford are so s**t why would you put smaller brakes on the sedan, the pricks hardly pull up lol

unfortunatly if you want a falcon with good brakes, buy an au or later...
i dont think ford had any real braking performance in mind when they designed the e series.. yet again neither did holden the late 80's and early 90's std commo brakes are just as bad... |

haha about the vn!
now after getting the up right off the ea and putting the caliper on the rotor in the correct position, things became noticable, like the spacing diffrence from the upright to the xg caliper, and the fact i'll have to machine the caliper itself so that they can bolt on :\ with machining, i could get either done, but should i machine the upright or should i machine the calipers? oppions and reasons would be most apprciated |

Wich one looks to be safer to machine? I cant see the pictures very well on my phone? It depends how much needs to ve machined

queit a bit, the caliper looks like alloy and the upright is cast

thinking of taking an angle grinder to the parts of the upright and seeing how that goes

chopped up the upright and it's a no go, bolts are too low in it and the caliper touches on the rotor, and the pads from the ea touch on upright as well

yeah, i've decided that too, i'll just be replacing it with the same one but not one thats so rough and i can stay in primer until the rest of the car is ready and will get resprayed sparkling burgundy with darker purple perl though it
