Yep its possible. Use a Davis Craig switch or similar to switch the fans.
There is a tech guide on here to do the serpentine conversion.

I had some spare time tonight so I thought I'd take the front seats out of the ltd,I got them out with no problems , and then gave the carpet a good clean. When I put them back in I found that the front right bolt on the drivers seat would not go in all the way(still hanging out by half a mm) all the other bolts went in fine.is there any reason why this would happen???

Wow it's been a long time since my last update.... There isn't really anything to update except I have noticed that the brake lights don't work on the lefthand side. I first off tired replacing the bulbs.... But still nothing. Now i am wondering if it the fiting that the bulb is sitting in that could be a problem, as they look a little melted. Also my acsses cover for the fuel pump has rusted around the screws. The screws have now bured and I carnt get it off? any advice is great

my bulb holders are falling apart too but there isnt much choice in them as anything newer the design changed..
to get the screws undone, a over sized pair of pliers clamped over the outside will get them undone.. if not bunnings sell packs of easy-outs for $8-9 |

I got home early Yesterday so i thort id Go outside to play around with the ltd... But the battery was flat. So I thort that was odd as it's never lost charge this quick before... It turns out that the highbeam flashed switch some how came on and it flattened the battery... It's a bit weird but I thort I might share it

Hey dude.
So where you "pull" the lever to flash them it had become stuck eh? If that's it it's an interesting one, maybe the spring failed or it locked up. The switch units do have a few minor issues at this sorta age, my indicators don't turn off automatically with the wheel, it's managable cos I just use my finger, but I haven't found a second hand unit yet that dosnt have at least one side failed (left indicator is auo off but not the right one etc) maybe pull it off, clean it out with contact cleaner or somthing then re grease where it originally had it. Usually solves most Ford switch issues, saved me $150 when my power window centre console switch started playing ip, it was FULL of dirt, dust, and shrapnel.
