This is my new Ef fairmont. Bought it about 3 weeks ago with 196,000 km's on it.
Had 12 months rego. Picked it up for a 1000 bucks cash.
Came with all the usual fairmont goodies and other bits
Electric windows. Climate control. 16 inch ftr's and a sunroof
Needed a bit of work such as..
Front pads and disc's, rear pads. Now replaced with dba slotted rotors and Bendix pads
4 Tyres. Replaced with faulkens
Idle pulleys and drive belt were buggered. Replaced
Rocker cover gasket leaking. Still havent fixed
RHR window didnt work. Replaced the window reg
Also fitted some genie extractors and full 2 1/2 inch exhuast
Put in a kenwood head unit. And some rockford rear speakers running off a fusion amp (unknown type lol Got it for a can of jack)
And just needed a bit of TLC.

So now for what will be happening in the coming weeks and i hope to keep u all posted


First up will be rims and lowering. Going king superlows front and Super super low rear
For wheels am still deciding either will be some 19inch Gt-p's Or xhp shorelines (1000bucks difference)
Tint the windows and tailights (was thinkin nightshade for the taillights unsure though)
Get front speakers stockys r good for now
Convert to manual With hydraulic'd button clutch
Some 3.45 diff gears
Bit of engine work ie Port and polish, High comp pistons, cam , air intake
May get a repsray depends on ca$h

That shuld cover a cuple of months lol shall keep postin up with all the work will be doing all the engine work myself and the manual conversion. Hydraulic clutch im still creating anyone got any ideas? wuld help a great deal anyways enjoy.

it is the plan its got fairlane indicators in it so it will come up spot

Bit of an update. Not much happening latley weather has been crappy.
Tinted my taillights With nite shade. came up great i think.
But with sayin that had it on the hoist the other day at work and it's done a head gasket.
So I've bought another head getting machined up this week taken 25 thou off it or there abouts to up the compression a bit and a port and polish Some stiffer valve springs and that about takes care of all my money atm. Will have to find extra cash for a cam.
Will post of some pics of the taillights when the weather fines up and will hopefully do the head in the next 2 weeks so ill keep you's all posted.

Havent done anything latley been to busy with work. But i have put some 19inch gt-p wheels on.
