got a series 2 bumper in good condition with indicators for $175! Looks much better than the other and less work. Bonnet, headlights and paint to go.

Update: xr front end is on! except bonnet and bumper paint. Pictures will be up when I remember, also scored a set of BSA chrome 19" wheels

19" V8? rims, basically brand new (guards have been rolled due to scrubbing)

XR front end with one brand new headlight, needs to be painted asap
also have the low series bonnet

In the corner.. yes its a genuine momo AU steering wheel, black leather with red stitching, got it brand new for $200 :D

Custom double din install.. yes its sikaflex (yet to be finished). its a good install though

missus now has a series1 fairmont ... & she was given 2 xr fronts [yonks ago] ... a series one [good nick & unpainted] & series2 [damaged but with headlights & indicators] but hers will be a plain white :lol:

series 2 bars looks much better.
I originally bought a series 1 bar but found this series 2 bar with the indicators

the only place ive had a problem with is the towbar on steep driveways and the very occasional muffler scrape

So every now and then my car starts, then bogs down around 200rpm, shakes the car and then comes back up. Some days it's fine. New oxygen sensor, everything is cleaned, New leads, sparks etc. Who knows ?

other half's does similar ..... seems ta run fine on petrol but half the time won't idle well on gas - presume it needs a service :roll: :?
