Hey all. I now feel like an E-Series traitor because I traded my ED Fairmont for a 2003 BA Falcon today. First, the piccies. :-D

Now the info from the company I bought it from:

Vehicle 2003 FORD FALCON BA XT

Vehicle Features*
• 4 Speaker Stereo
• Abs (Antilock Brakes)
• Adjustable Steering Col. - Tilt & Reach
• Air Conditioning
• Airbags - Driver & Passenger (Dual)
• Body Colour - Bumpers
• Body Side Mouldings
• Calipers - Front 2 Spot

• Disc Brakes Rear Solid
• Drive By Wire (Electronic Throttle Control)
• Electric Seat - Drivers
• Engine Immobiliser
• Independent Rear Suspension

• Multi-Function Steering Wheel
• Power Door Mirrors
• Power Steering
• Power Windows - Front Only
• Remote Boot/Hatch Release
• Remote Fuel Lid Release
• Tacho

• Velour Trim

I have soooooooo much planned. :-D Here's to start:

* Add a momo steering wheel.
* Add momo gear stick
* Add cruise control
* Add iPod adapter
* install new coolant bottle
* add weathershields
* New bonnet struts
* New alloy wheels (by new, I'm open to second hand :-D)
* Install rear power windows.

I'm still torn on a name. George suggested XTC (eXTasy Cam). I like that, but not sure fully if its right. Any ideas? :)

Pretty good price for a BA with that amount of kays.

How does it have an electric drivers seat though? Is the spec list from the car place you bought it from inaccurate, or has it been added?

Nah mate, all BAs have electric seat as standard, except when its a column shift. Only LTDs get passenger electric seats too. :)

And I'm very pleased with the price. I actually expected to get knocked back for the finance. LOL

Cam, Cam, Cam, Cam

What are we going to do with you?

Sigh!!!!!!

Well, as long as you are happy, that is the main thing. Sad to see the ED go, but on to newer, though not necesarily better :D, things.

The proposed mods are tasteful and should improve on the XT.

Cheers
BenJ

Really? I looked at a BA while hunting for my AU, and that didn't have a power seat.

But cool 8-)

Its just in the seat base. The little black plastic rectangle shaped toggle on the right hand side of the seat. It doesn't do the back rest or seat rails.

Yeah ta mate, I knew where the controls are located, I seriously don't recall seeing them though :lol:

Maybe I just don't have a great memory..

Well, if you're thinking about a certain Papa Smurf I work with, I doubt he'll let me have 'em :P LOL

Incidentally, I am after some BA XR wheels like the ones I had on Monty which I bought from Ash if anyone has a set. *puppydog eyes*
