hi i have got a xg ute that i go for $500 was used as a farm ute. when i got it it had half a motor in it and was a bit ruff i was talking to a mate and he sead el ef stuff fits in it and i came up with the idear to do a compleat xr6 convershon and he had another mate that had a ef xr6 motor and gear box so i started my convershon
 i puld the old motor and box out and striped the engin bay degreased it and cut and polished it then i put the xr motor and box in and wiering conected all the hoses up with sum braded hose line and blue ends as i am aventuly goin to paint it the ba xr purple with a holer gram of tickford xr6 dowen the side in the paint work shold look awsom i think then i started on the interia well out came the dash and the rest of the wiers and i had to cut the vents off the old dash with a grinder and screw them back in the ute that is as fare as i have got so fare will poast pics and up date on progres

Looks good so far mate, cant wait to see some more pic's of the progress!

mounted the origenal vents back in and now have to chek the dash vents line up with the heater box

Got any further with this?- particularly the drivers side face vent mods (if required?)
