I think i'll keep it. I want the car modified in small ways, of which fellow ford enthusiasts will notice, yet anyone else will think its a taxi :D

Thats kind of what i'm going for, while still making it a nice, tastefully modded car.

Noooo, not on a sedan. It will just look wrong.

Yeah i'm not so sure it'd suit the sedan so well. Also it's just be a standard lane front.

Well i changed a couple of things this weekend, tidied up some crap.
This is what my boot use to look like, = s**t as.
Image
The factory carpet was stuffed, and i'm still missing the far trims, but i retrimmed the sub box properly, and shampooed the EF carpet and fit it. Now it looks a bit better.

Next, as alot of boxcar owners will know, the front windscreen surround things look like a**.

So i fitted the EF ones. They are still in great condition, and make the car look heaps neater.

I should soon have another EF Fairmont rim, so they will be fitted soon enough.

Andrew.

True that. The smallest effort can make impressive results. I can't wait to get time to respray it. Then it will look quite good.

Excellent work there Andrew, it's true that the smallest mods can make a car. Plenty of inspiration to draw on here when I finally start to play with the wife's EB.

Yeah i reckon. I hoe to find or get new of the trims that go in the back of the boot, and finally fit the left inside trim after i get around to doing the fuel flap mod.

Also thinking of covering the boot trims in that flame s**t. HAHA

Hey Hey.

Not alot has happened lately, as i've had to save for a steer pump. For some crazy reason, the pump decided to s**t itself during the conversion, so i've had no steering for a couple of months.

Anyhoo, on saturday i fitted a new pump, and MY GOD, what a great feeling it is to have power steering back!

Now i can feel some issues with the ball joints, they seem a bit worse for wear, so they will be the next fixes. As for next mods, i'll be finishing my filled in rear garnish, and blackening the insides of the front indicators to match the BA lights.

Hopefully soon too i will have the forth Fairmont rim.

Andrew.
