White dash? The reflection on the windscreen will be deadly.

Sorry i meant white instrument cluster and the main plastics. A white dash would be very annoying to not only myself but possibly other drivers also.

looks neat. what suburb in brisbane are you from?

looks good. what did you do with the old 2.5" blocks? mine has towing springs in it so 2.5 would suit it well i think

I believe that this had towing springs in it- i had Pedders replace the 2.5" with 2" and they only charged me labour as i had only bout the 2.5" the day before. I am from Toowoomba.

Sweet!! Another Modded Wagon.

You have made a nice start there nato83.

Looking forward to more updates.

When you say, Fairmont tail lights, I presume you mean the EL lights with the clear/white indicator lense?

Cheers
BenJ

Yeah they were referred to myself as fairmont lights they have the white tops on them. I had planned to get into it today but it started pissing down rain and now its drizzling and crap outside. It has already come so far since i have owned it but i have so much more still left to do to it. I will keep updating as new parts go on it. I am possibly buying a new set of mirrors that are already white and i think they will look alot better.

The rain eased off enough for me to go out and start on the lights except when i went to move it, I found the battery was dead :( jumped it and got it going and moved it into the carport and got the rear lights in and the Falcon badge removed. Was thinking about losing the Ford badge as well but decided to keep it. Tomorrow i am running some electrical s**t inside the car- GPS, Phone Kit etc, as well as hopefully getting the tailgate number plate plastic thingy painted black as i dont like the grey color. Below is a picture of it with the new lights in it and the badge removed. It is a s**t pic as its dark here but i will get some more pics sorted out tomorrow.

you could but i reckon the money you might save would probly be lost in freight coz you would have to pay for freight both ways

hmm its only a 8-10 hour drive... lol. i might be heading up that way in a few months to move house for someone... but would only be up there untill the trucks unloaded... probebly a waste of time considering the local place done my old head for $111 including 5-6 welds
