I had a crack at re-trimming the door card inserts (I have about 3 sets)
It worked out good enough but it was something I have never attempted and in retrospect I think I could do it better... But hey its an improvement.. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Got an EL rocker cover and decided to pollish it...ANOTHER first..
May not look to crash hot, though again it was something ive never done.. Added some alloy pipe and silicone joiners too. Here it is before.. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

After a couple of months it started to look a bit dull so I will probably give it another go soon.

Things will be on hold for a while as I have just bought my missus an Excel (her falcon uses too much fuel) which I need to paint, fit a fully sick sound system, new tyres and and register.
So I think Tax time we will see some s**t go down with the EF such as fitting the new engine and engine bay paint!

I'm new to some of this, so it may be a stupid question, but do you have to get new bolts when replacing the rocker cover, or can you use the same ones. Because I have heard that when you are replacing one tlof the engineering parts you have to get new bolts as they are designed to expand.
