Lowering it won't be for a while man. Probably slowly get the springs and shocks over 2-3 months, so aiming for mid to end of May to have it lowered :) After that I'll look at doing an XR8 bulge, and having it painted. Will cost about $750 for that though, so it's a later on thing. I'll be painting these rims black as nights balls in a couple weeks though, just gotta find time to sand and prep (not too good at the prepping part).

Loving the induction noise dude... The BA sounded great with the growler, like it growled constantly, but nothing like this! This one literally screams at you when you get around 5000rpm, and does it to the limiter. You'll have a semi hard-on when you hear it with the exhaust also.

yeah im going to have to get my rims in order, sick of the stock 16's... and actually put that suspension on the car lol
like tpak, i think ill get the au xr's done... the 20's might just be sold on to fund the sound system/exhaust. not fussed over those anymore, put a bit of effort into fixing them a bit to try and get my money back.

its good aye, cant wait to see the difference between yours and mine. see how much i lose from that hack job of the last owner...

The difference will be quite a bit, seeing as I'll have a tune rofl I so can't wait until christmas time again. Have some more toys to add to the car :)

Once the tune is done, that's it for performance until end of the year. Tax money will go to saving for cams and diff upgrade at xmas.

I'll just do the small cosmetic mods like engine bay paint, interior trim and lighting, wheels and lowering. I might just do springs and then add the shocks in later, I know I'll suffer with ride comfort but it's a quick and easier way to get it lower sooner. I can deal with it not riding 100% as it should.

that will still be pretty impressive as it is, can only imagine what it will be like within 24 months or so.

only small cosmetic mods lol thats like everything i have planned except for the body kit lol

Hahaha those cosmetic mods are like $100 at a time. Paint ain't cheap :(

Could always hit up ECC when I go in for a retune with the cams and LSD at the end of the year ;)

remember how we were saying it would be good if 6 boost did turbo kits... well i was flicking through this magazine and came across this 6 boost ad and it says they do complete turbo packages... it would have to be all custom ordered probs but it may be cheaper than buying everything separately? Plus if you buy manifold turbo and gate off him chances are he could fab up a dump pipe to suit so that its not as hard to fab the rest of exhaust up..

Yeah well it doesn't hurt to get a quote. Plus he seems really helpful if you have any problems with anything after the purchase.

yeah thats where being local would really be an advantage, i've only heard good things of Kyle. so i imagine he would do everything within his power to help rectify issues (if any). wish their website was up and running so i could flick through it... oh well, i think he said on his fb that he was going to try and get it going late this month or something...

 can anyone help me out with a few questions about trans coolers?
 i was looking at doing it all myself, and not getting a full kit (as i can get most of it cheap through work, aside from the radiator part). what comes on it stock? and what do i need to have it fully installed?

Still, a VR does 0-100 in like border line 9 seconds stock. They're f*cking slow pieces of sh!t lol
Even youtubed a few, one has a bit of work like cams, 3.7 LSD etc and still only did a 15.7 - Goes to show how quick these Holden hoon mobiles really are aye.

a VZ does the 1/4 in like 16.3 stock... So i think we are smashing that one quite easily.
