Background of the car.
Mechanicals
EA Series 1 Wagon
Started off as 3 Speed Auto, Converted to 5 Speed Manual at some stage
MPFI 3.9L motor

Exterior
NL Fairlane Front and Concorde Decals.
NL Fairlane rear grafted to tailgate
NL Fairlane C Pillar welded over wide window
Added chrome around windows
Resprayed in Sparkling Burgandy

Interior
Velour EF/EL Front seats
Futura Back Seat
Custom Woodgrain inserts EVERYWHERE and Door lighting

That certainly looks very unique. It looks really nice except for the back. That is quite strange and would look nicer if the tailgate was flush with the Fairlane boot. Also not a big fan of the wheels or chrome wheel arch flares but nice find.

wheels and wheel arch chrome are already on the list for removal.

Was it a a*** in a previous life? I've seen the limo' places put Fairlane trims and panels on wagons to build a***'s before.

They usually weld up the rear doors and continue the side glass all the way along though...

Maybe this car killed it's builder and took to itself with the gas-axe...

Spooky car... Looks good though EFFalcon. Very unique, a definite head-turner i'll bet!

I thought the same to start with, but its not a a***, nothing on the inside suggests it would be.
no holes for rails or anyhting along those lines.
i can only think it was maybe owned by a funeral place for more 'normal' duties.
but i can't confirm anything :P
