Im still building my xr8 but atm im trying to get this beast ready for summernats. Anyway a grouted nasca block prepped for 393 rocked up yesterday alOng with forged flat tops and eagle
Rods scat crank. (all the fruit). Good for a proven 700hp and previously ran a 10.4 at 130 ish on a xt falcon. Heads are 4v cast, with isky springs titanium retainers etc. Unseur on the rockers but he said they are also the goods(heads also hood for 700hp). The cam is a custom trick an mansweto cam . Trans is a als race glides stage 5 full reverse pattern manual c4.
Diff is a 9" full spool, 31spline moser axles etc(diff is still to be built) and still havnt sussed any suspension. And im still to decide what carb to run. Hopefully in my xe as i understand they are quite a bit lighter than a xt. Crossing fingers.ill get some pics up after i drop the engine off to my builders today.
