Yeah might try it sober next time lol, over the tail lights myself as well, might try tinting the originals and see how i go. thanks for the encouragement.

After seeing your fairmont i have some pretty lofty standards to achieve so i can keep the fairmont up there with the big boys :D

my LIL 6 has way over 200hp.. though... has hit 218 HP at the wheels..  although wont quite hold a candle to your engine once it's done..

soooooo many things you can do to a car... i had trouble remembering all the things i had done to her and had to walk in and around her remembering all the mods i had done towrite the list in my "build thread" for the fairmont...

Yeah, i had do a bit of a walk around aswell, prob missed a few things, no idea of the hp figures yet haven't had it dynoed.

218 at the wheels is sweet from an n/a 6.

gotta ask you how hard was the front bar to do as i am thinking about cutting up a BF GT kit for the mont, minus the aerofoil on the boot of course. any advice you could give me would be fantastic :D

Very Sweet Ride you have there

Nice Subs and Amps - does your mirror fall off due to the bass?

Thx for compliment, yeah the mirror has come off a couple of times, actually pretty funny when it falls off when you are driving. took it to a windscreen place last time it happened, not sure what glue they used but havent had a problem since they fixed it.

I saw pics of you car in the last vic cruise thread thats what lead me to your garage thread.........

My Mirror use to drop off as well but I only have 2x12" Type R's and 1xPDX1000 :(

Always wondered how two type X's would sound like in a Monty and if the investment is worth the improvement in sound.

When the mirror falls you think - oh s**t please dont break.......lol

The Bling Wheels look awesome as well - :)

The car looks to be a good build underway.

Will have to keep an eye on it, good to see more fairmont V8 getting a tuff setup. The twin system setup is good too, i like how it runs side by side.

Well a couple of quick updates, one good and one bad.

Bad first, had to go to Geelong on Monday morning and just as i entered town the fuel pump f@rt and s**t itself, $250 i wasn't really expecting to outlay this week. Oh well, atleast i don't have to worry about that for a while.

Now for the good, my new AU Momo gear knob arrived from Mongoose (thanks mate). Fitted it up and looks great, i now have a matching t-bar and steering wheel which makes me very happy :D

Will post a pic as soon as i take one, hopefully will have some big updates soon.

Trent
