Also do you mean the intake or a shift kit?

Cool but where does the 2nd snorkel go? Also been having another problem with the lane where if I start it facing down hill it will start, on the flat takes a second longer and facing up hill I have the same problem as before where I have to put my foot to the floor to start it.

I see where it is but where does it go from there have you got it running round somewhere else or is it there for what air it can suck in?

I would guess looking at the picture that it comes straight out and sits behind the headlight taking in air from there... its not rocket science, just an extra intake hole.

So is there a point in the tube could I just cut a hole and leave it at that or should I use a tube?
Also with my not starting while facing up hill problem couldmit be a fuel pump problem or a fuel pressure regulator problem?

I just did it to look semi factory. Just cutting a hole would look tacky and it'd suck hot engine bay air. At least with the extra pipe it sucks from forward of the engine bay

Cool ill fiddle abit and see if I can make something work.
I also got a fpr about 15 mins ago if that fixes my problem good but ill still be getting a fuel pump if it doesnt fix it then the only thing I can think of is the fuel pump. If that doesnt fix it then wtf. Also got it booked In for a trans service on tuesday the day after I get my extractors and cat fitted.

Good news its better. My driveway is on a hill and when I used to reverse out it was foot halfway to the floor then it would move. Now its barely push my foot in and off I go its so much better now.

the intake snorkel is quite simple really. Don't know what the issue is. I seen the extra pipe on a car and thought "I can make a cheap CAI out of that". Done

Im gonna do it but see if I can get what little airflow I can from the crack thats between the hood and headlight into the airbox. Im thinking or possiblly doing a custom pod in box so I can add extra holes for more airflow.

there's only so much air your throttle body can move. it's only 64mm. so having 2 snorkels like I have is like 100mm roughly. so more than enough

Better more than enough than not enough?

yeh but you don't need to make a pod box and cut bulk holes in it.
I did it this way as it works and looks factory. the extra snorkel is even a factory Ford part
