put it back to the base advance when you put the chip in. spark is controlled by that. and get yourself an EL ecu

el ecu has a faster processor, and the binaries are more defined so more tuning capabilites

Then how do I run my gearbox as it has a seperate ecu?

Cool its just that I know the el ecu runs the box aswell as everything else. Im just thinking it may be more trouble than its worth. But if it can work ill grab one.

fairly sure it will work, just the ecu.wont control your box as there wont be wires for it

Also just remembered that my aunt has about 6 or 7 falcons out at my nans in deloraine that are all wrecks but if she has an el ill be asking if I can grab the ecu and bbm manifold. Im sure one of them would have a manual box as well that I can use if so ill be spending a few weekends out there if I can.

Todays been good I checked my average L/100km its now at 17.4 through town im guessing because I changed my fpr and im no longer running any advance on my ign and it feels alot more torquey now.
