I have an S series Valiant that I am turning into a Nostalgia drag car....225 slant six, E49 spec 4sp, 4.11 diff gears, 3 x 45mm DHLA Delorto's, Pacemaker Headers, Erson cam, big valves, all ARP main studs, head studs, rod bolts, flywheel bolts.....steel & alloy harmonic balancer, steel flywheel, 10" Ceramic 5 puck clutch rated to 450 HP ( never break that puppy ) CE Adjustable Drag Shocks....etc.....still to get other stuff yet.
Currently making a Car Rotisserie.....I had quite a bit of steel laying about from other projects. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

The bellhousing is done and ready to go......modified for the 4sp....I painted it with 2 Pack, in Ford Monza Red, code K.
I rounded off the sharp edges, and ground off the rough cast surface. It now looks like it is Powder Coated. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I'm using stock type wheels....14 x 5 for the front, shod in Sime's 175/75R14, and the rear is 14 x 7 shod in Maxxis Bravo's 235/60R14.
I can't use slicks in Nostalgia Class.....must be street tyres. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

This is the clutch and flywheel set. It doesn't have a removeable ring gear, it's part of the flywheel, because a 10" clutch fits to it.....a stock clutch was 9.25".

The front brake rotors for it are like a 2 peice item, held together by the wheel studs.
I disassembled them, beadblasted them, inspected, then reassembled, then painted in 2 pack. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I made the whirly gigs for the adjusters on the Rotisserie from old bearing spacers from a KRESS coal hauler final drive reduction carrier, and rackends from a Falcon......some 30mm round bar, and some 40 x 10mm flat bar.....tapped a 5/8" UNC thread in them for the threaded rod.

When I used to drive that car, the brakes worked quite well in it.

These are the Pacemaker headers for it....I will be puting flat bar across the top of the flange plates....stop them walking around.
They have good size holes in the header plates though. I'll be getting that last opening on the last collector opened up too. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

These are the oversize valves.....one peice, stainless steel, hard chrome shafts, hardened tips, swirl polished, tulip style heads.
I have Chrome-Moly collets and retainers to suit. I'm yet to get the head modified to take these valves, and to get bronze guides fitted as well. The head is already ported & polished, and has about 0.140" taken off it. The exhaust ports are the same size as the inlet ports on a stock head. The bottom head is the stock head.
