hahah yeah maybe but they fill the gap nicely tho, i wanted to get the closest shape to the actual BF GT tips i could and these are so close its not funny, the actual real tips have slightly more curve in each corner (so would be bigger again) but apart from that they are the same shape

Had a photoshoot done over the weekend and here is the result :-) There has been no photoshopping been done, this is just using the portable lighting the photographer had.

I also set up a make shift carport so i could spend the day cleaning and polishing my car, it worked suprisingly well!

And here are the photoshoot pics :-)

yeah good mate, it drones a bit at hwy speed but is nice and loud driving around, it gurggles a bit when down shifts to which is what i really wanted so dont mind the drone so much, I might look at putting in another resonator and possibly replacing my middle muffler with one as well later on but for now i am happy with it

Mate, that thing is bloody beautiful!! This is sort of the way I want to go with my BA XT. Except jet black with silver stripes. You going to do anymore perfomance mods her, or just tune her and leave it as is?

Thanks mate, nah no more performance, there isnt much else you can actually do to the N/A's that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. I will be getting the complete rear end re-bushed and new sway bars in about a months time so should handle way better. Then it will be another month to get the tune done. Hoping to net arund 180rwkw :-)

I just got back from getting the car serviced today actually so I will post up what I got done along with some pics later on this arvo.

Cheers
Phil

Just a little update.

Took the day off work to go visit my mechanic and get a 105k service and a few other bits and pieces done. The shop was nice and quiet which was perfect so I managed to snap a few pics along the way.

Along with the service I got the radiator and brake fluid flushed, my Throttle Body cleaned and also a new o2 sensor installed which I organised through Papa Smurf. Also as part of the service I got the fuel filter replaced as it was about time and seems to have solved the issue of it being a bit surgy down low in the mornings. Anyways as you may have heard the stories I was one of the unlucky ones with Ford cross threading my fuel filter thread when they put it on from factory. This is a common thing and can cause problems however mine wasn’t too bad and we were able to tighten up the new one properly. Anyways pics below.

Next on the list will be a complete rear re-bush and some nice new fat Whiteline sway bars.

Sweet as mate, lol just roll the skyline down the road, its not worthy of a flat ground parking spot over ur falcon :). Have you made a build thread?
