hey i see you had a port and polish job done i been lookin into doin that but i been told by some ppl that it dont make much of a difference and other ppl say that it makes a huge difference. when u had it done did u feel the difference of didnt it do much?

Sold.
Driving a Pursuit XR8 ute now. mild mods all round and daily driver for me which is great. Main car is a new Toyota Klugger Grande Not too exciting.

Didn't it get sold on to a few owners who said it never made decent power and the whole thing pretty much needed a rebuild???
TUFED6 is mad, although not showcar spec..

Mine Mae 451rwkw on race fuel. I made 409rwkw on high octane pump fuel on quite a few occasions Inc at a few different events. I'm not sure that I was ever at the same event as the mock boys. I'm not sure what the conversion is from kw to hp.

IIRC, the owner in question was not aware of many things about Aaron's car - I believe his workshop changed a few things with the setup - not exactly sure what, but I know the tailshaft was changed and then broke shortly afterwards at the drags or something. I'm sure Aaron could provide details of when it made 451 rwkw...I know it was done on very high fuel pressure on a malpassi with C16 or (something similar) at 22 psi or so ?? this is a thread about PYROAY... not TUFED6
don't see why the comparisons are even being made given one car is who knows where, and they were build for 2 different purpose.

And that's what makes Pyroay's car legendary - it was a Daily Driver If it was a shop car/trailer princess/dyno queen etc etc then it's its normal tune would be with race fuel
