Keep the manual mate, if you get rid of it you'll struggle to find a good one 3 months down the track when you have had enough of the auto

not too much progress on this lately, changed diffs today to a 3.45 lsd as the stock one was rooted. it was good being able to drive it home without it knocking in the a*** end on deceleration.
now just waiting for my engine crane to come home so i rip out my other engine and g/box then its time for a manual conversion.

still bugger all done to the new one, t5 is ready to go in, but moving house at the moment,and still waiting on hoist access. on the plus side, i got a present today courtesy of mr tax man.

well FINALLY got a chance to sit it on the dyno last night to get a baseline figure. first run pulled 92rwkw with brand new standard plugs, then i thought id try some splitfire sparkplugs which a couple of engine builders have told me that they have gain power just by using them. so after the plug change gave it another run and pulled 101rwkw. now i have a baseline, ill do another run after i do the manual conversion to see the difference, then again after each major mod.

well im finally getting hoist access tomorrow so i can get the manual in. which is great cause im getting bored with the btr.

finally got the t5 in. damn ive missed driving a manual. next on the list is my tickford head and the 977b. might do it this weekend if i get bored. that should keep me happy for a little while.
