yeah its been awhile hey.

Finally painted the bar in E9 everglade and it turned out real good for just a can of paint but because i didnt get around to clear coating it or putting more coats on the paint has come off from little stones flicking off the road so that needs too be fixed.

Installed 1.7 roller rockers and fitted 42lb injectors and c&l maf housing, basically ive put the 24lb injectors in and the std maf as it needs a tune to run those injectors plain and simple.

Ive beaten a few more cars lol and it surprised even me, a baxr8 with cai system from ss inductions including t/b, 4into 1 extractors and a flash tune.

No joke i pull away in roll ons makes me laugh like a spastic, not much else has happened just been logging i/c temps and adjusting boost controller.

Im going to sell my 42lb injectors too so if anyone is after a set of 8 $350 brand new they were on the car for only a week, they were imported from the states with the maf but that garbage is getting melted into a lamp post.

I have some very sad news about my son Brad (RAPTOR_XR8), Brad became ill just before the new year, he was told by his gp that he had a virus that has been going around. About three weeks ago he was admitted to Liverpool hospital with heart failure.

Brad was transfered to St Vincents hospital on Monday and is being prepared for a possible transplant, Brad asked me to explain to the people he met on this forum and too those he met at the Liverpool meets about his absence.

Glenn.

Man that sucks balls, My mate was just released from Hospital yesterday, went in with similar symptoms, ended up with failed kidney and liver function, he is on the mend now though.

Brad, get well quickly mate.

Thanks for the kind messages everyone i really appreciate it.

Ive been out of hospital now for just over a week, just trying to take it slowly day by day.

I need to take it easy as i have an injection fraction of less than 10%(hearts ability to pump blood out). Because of this i have three small clots in the left side of my heart.

Im on medication right now but my cardiologist thinks i need an imediate transplant :(.

They also believe i need a defibrilator (like a pacemaker), so thats were things are at the moment.

Again thanks to everyone for your kind thoughts and messages

Brad

Update

I had my turbo over at gcg getting rebuilt to my specs(i wanted to do this before i fell ill). Took a week for it to get rebuilt (under warrenty, it didnt need it) and fitted with the new comp wheel and housing that i chose.

Anyway got it back on a friday and fitted it on sunday morning, the car drove great all week and even returned 13ltrs/100km.

I was invited to watch the bulldogs first match out at the anz stadium, again car drove great all day and night until....

Until it just gave way at full power it didnt even ping it pulled real well topping out 3rd gear at 5000rpm. I slowed down and as soon as the revs dropped to around 1500rpm it was making the most god aweful sound/ vibration luckily i was able to limp the poor girl home.

This morning i pulled the manifold and rocker covers to check for bent pushrods but all is fine after that i went upstairs as i was stuffed (still recovering).

So logic says ive damaged the motor (sounds like a can being kicked around)So im trying to get my mates free from work to remove the heads as i simply dont have the strength for that sort of job.

As it is rego is due in two months and im down a motor.

So it looks like the project has come to an end and im unsure as to what to do next/now.

I was thinking of maybe selling off the turbo kit, diff (good condition) and trans(will need a rebuild) but i cant decide yet... so yup thats my update
