I think he's running an Lmaf, im just using the 76mm C&L which ive been tuning with since swapping out the factory eb one.

Alot of people have had issues with them but with a chip to tune it, its pretty good now ill only change it if i absolutly need to but then theres still tricks for that too.

Ah okay, so both yrs and Parfrey's arent "blow thru"specific MAF's?

Nah the maf is just a regular one, i think pmas/proM can make blowthrough types but so far havnt found that ive needed to change it.

I havnt quit had the problems that most people have tuning with the maf in boosted air, the only problem ive really had was light throttle bucking while cruising on the highway but it was fixed from removing some timing due to me running so much off boost.

Good stuff.

What sort of timing have you got in it now at cruise?

Now that im running proper coolant ive found new leaks, turns out water pump bearings are shagged and pisses out coolant like a free flowing tap.

New water pump to be picked up today and wack that in and i should be all sweet.

Car is running now but still needs alittle bit of work.

I think the rockers need to be adjusted properly and the power steering needs looking at, i think when i put the little valve and spring in i could have put it in back to front because its like i have no power steering at all.

i tried to get the idle set but when it goes into drive it idles @ 400rpm so the t/b has come off to get the iac passages opened back up so it works again, and it needs new brake fluid.
