Looks "Heapss sick Ay!"
Coming along great! shoulda got some snaps of mine after her lil polish last sat, but ofcourse, shes dirty again. :(

The headlight tint should look alright on your car. Would suit the colour perfectly. I personally would do a complete tint though, eyelids wouldn't really suit the ghia front. But thats my opinion though...

And how would you see of a night. EF/EL have bad enough headlights as it is and do you think tinting them will help. Also the cops are going to love the look of that, P Plates and headlights tinted = Rape Time, possibly gangbang.

REW93N, do eyelids if you wish but don't do the whole headlight, you will be defected for it.

The fcking tint hasn't arrived yet, I'm about to travel to Hong Kong and pillage the world...
But yeah, I've always loved the idea. I'm not sure how this will work out, but hey, I guess I'll find out.

And all I've done is take the mud guards off. (Leaving a dirty lump of silicone on the left hand front that I need to remove soon.)

The "to-do" list consists of:
1. Fixing my brake switch, I've got NO brake lights at the moment. (Glad I'm a mechanic.. and can get my rego passed. LOL. I mean, what?)
2. Respraying most of my plastics. Wiper arms, cowling, rear quarters etc.
3. New front wheel bearings, to go with number 4.
4. New brakes on all corners. Both slotted rotors and EBC pads.

Then there's always the far out ideas, like polished rocker cover & bbm, silicone hoses, 330mm brake upgrade. etc etc etc

Stay tuned!

Also, REW 93N stands for (Russ E. W. 1993 Nunn)

Update:
I noticed I have a rather negative camber, more so on the near side than the far side. So, I whacked it on the wheel alignment machine at work and got a read out of "-2.8 Degrees Camber - Near Side, -1.4 Camber - Far Side."

Our theory is that my L/H stub axle is bent, as well as my car being in need of a adjustable camber kit.
Not the biggest job in the world... just annoying. I may as well re-pack my bearings, get new pads and machine my discs as well. F**k me.

It's all money.

Just bought a 2nd hand near-side stub axle, disc and calliper for the Ghia.
Hopefully this helps me out a little bit.

unless you're machining discs at work, why not buy new ones, for the front was only about $200 including pads, and about 15mins each side with my very limited knowledge.
especially at your damn trade rates, even cheaper.
sucks about the problems, i'm finally getting through mine, one at a time, lol.
keep it up.

Cheers mate, I'm happy with how it sits at the moment. Just got to get the mechanical side of things sorted before All Fords Day this year. Shouldn't be a big deal.

I'm machining discs at work, but yeah... I think I might just get some new discs/pads for the front as well as new front bearings.
I'm thinking RDA slotted discs with RDA Gold pads.
