Not sure what sort of power I have, to be honest. (Probably better that way, so I don't get disappointed, haha.)

what springs are in your car in those last 2 pics?

They are still the custom wound Lovells, but the ground was fairly uneven, so it makes the car look higher than it actually is.

Cheers

Good result aye.
But yeah... bit frightened of my figures. Might just leave it to my imagination.

Another not-so-good update.
My Ghia has started to do this odd clicking noise behind the lower left hand side of the dash cluster.
Sounds similar to an indicator sound, only it comes in pairs, every 10sec or so..
It happens as soon as the accessories is switched on, and goes on even when driving, aircon on, etc.

Very strange.
I'll be putting a video up soon.

Cheers,
Russ.

Yeah might be a job for me tomorrow. Gives me a good reason to replace some of the dash lights I'm missing.

I don't have an aftermarket alarm though... hmm.

Cheers.

Make sure you check ya bulbs before install though.

You sure wasnt maybe a leaf in the air con on the blower fan perhaps and you hearing it through the vent.

Yeah, I've taken my dash out many times before.
And Im absolutely certain the noise was electrical/mechanical.
Its gone for now anyway.

Stupid faarking car.
Just blew a pin sized hole in a welsh plug, the one to the direct left of the starter motor. I'm going to have to replace it at work tomorrow, but for the time being I've patched it up with some Stag sealant.

Grrrr.
Image
The hole is where the sealant has been wiped onto the block, so I know to punch the opposite side when I get it up on the hoist.

On another note, got some photos taken by my mate, who is a aspiring professional photographer/videographer. They look really neat.
