Cheap, effective and uses very little power.

Just whacked some the 6000k HIDS in the XR8.
So much better with the projectors!

Really want to get my exhaust done... thinking of removing the middle muffler and replacing it with 2.5" pipe for more of dem V8 noises.
Will have a rear muffler still, so see how it sounds.

If you remove one, do the rear as you will find it too loud with the centre muffler removed, it does most of the work, rear is really only a resinator.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a V8 that was too loud? I don't drive the car much/far so it's not a big deal if it's a little on the higher Decibel side.

No such thing as a V8 thats too loud , but its very easy to have one that sounds rude.
3" single exhaust with a centre muffler only , no rear.
Redback mufflers sound good.
This system will be loud with a nice note but wont sound like a tractor.
Its what we have pretty much always run on our 5.0s.

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around!

Yeah, I saw the rage systems on the net but I'm a little on the poor side right now, getting married in November. But definitely will look into that system after a bit. As well as extractors, cats and possibly intake/heads

Finally got around to have my exhaust modified.
Replaced my centre muffler with 2.5" pipe, which leaves a resonator on the tailpipe. Sounds fantastic. Doesn't drone either which is a plus.
Only cost me $48 too, so I'm stoked.
