i also recently bought an electric sunroof and a JVCAVX810 2din stereo and a pair of ef/el side mirros keep an eye out for updates

You need some lowering blocks in the rear though LOL

How long till it is driveable?

the car drives and it drives better than ever, just gotta tweak the cam a bit and it'll be perfect...

as for the rear i got a quote from pedders today:
extra leaf added
ride height reset to suit front (no blocks)

$483

will get it done next week

it was quite easy but a grinder and a hole saw is necessary but fairly easy

ask away i will pass on the knoweledge that PIMP_LTD passed on to me

i need to know some info on diffs...

1 will ef/el wagon diff fit straight to eb wagon
2 how hard to swap diff gears from ea sedand to ef/el station wagon

REASON: i have eb wagon and ea sedan 3.9 lsd but need ef/el diff for handbrake

My understanding is that an EF/EL diff will bolt straight on to the leaf spring saddles. You will need to mod the brake lines and handbrake cable etc.

Re the diff centres, yes, they should be able to be swapped, but it is not considered a DIY job, without the specilist tools etc.

you can put an EL diff straight in... you just need to swap brake assemblies over... Easy as.
