Been on here a while now. Thought I might post this up.

Bought this as a stock as a rock EL fairmont Ghia complete with faded paint and cappa interior.

Then i lowered it, smacked some FTR's on, threw in an EL GT wheel and a 2.5 inch exhaust with Hi-Tech extractors.

Drove it like this for a while, then I got bored of the look. Threw an XR front on with a Ticky kit and some 19" GT-P's.

Got bored with the power, so I had an EL XR6 DEV5 mod car which I used as a parts car. Ripped the motor out and the 3.9 LSD it had and in it went. Juned at CVE with 142rwkw.

This is basically how I had it for ages.

Tried some EL GT's

Got bored of the power again, so I converted it to manual and bought a powerdyne supercharger kit.

Tuned at CVE.

And then I blew a headgasket, and this is where its at. Sitting in my driveway getting fixed.

Enjoy.

That colour suits the xr front end a lot... I know they made EL XR's in that colour but not many

This is truely a nice car! tasteful mods and all. I like how you put the xr frond on and added a hint of ghia in the form of chrome and some driving lights descreetly hidden in the corners.

Keep it up mate

Thanks for the kind words guys

Been a while since I updated, so here it goes.

I fixed the headgasket. Then s**t started going downhill.

The day I got it tuned, I was heading back home and my front lip fell off on the Monash fwy and about 3 people ran over it. Got it back though and the damaged wasn't really that bad

Then I blew a tyre and cracked one of my GT-P's. So I threw stockies on the back. As I was throwing said stockies on, the scissor jack failed and my car fell on it, ripping one of my door pods off.

The drivers power window reg died, and I couldn't be a*** changing it for a week, and it just happened to be the week that we had our most rainfall in 11ty years.

When I finally fixed the cracked wheel, finally fixed the window reg, and finally fixed the door pod, this happened.

Old lady ran a stop sign and T-Boned me real good. So after a bit of f**k around from a dear friend of mine, this is where we are at.

Pics of finished product in 3 weeks.
