1. thinking cms 2a cam but how big is compared to wade, crow etc ?

I believe it is similar to a Wade 1673

2.what brand of extractors im thinking 4499's pacemakers ,what the jmm one's lke or other brands?

In reality, for the power output you are expecting, and for a street car, it probably doesn't matter. Anything is better than the factory crap.

3.j3 or switch chip

If you want to be able to edit the tune etc yourself, then the J3 seems to be the flavour of the month

4.im thinking of putting 3.45 diff in but really keen on 3.7's for it but what rev's do they do at 110 with 5spd as this car gets driven alot ?

With a 5th gear ratio of 0.72, 100kph =
3.27 - 1950
3.45 - 2050
3.70 - 2200

Any thoughts on this would be get but will dig around on here to find some anwsers in other threads too...

Hope that is of some help.

I am also attaching a transmission speed calculator that you might find useful to play with.

Cheers
Ben

got the pacemaker's on the ute and hi flow cat behind them ( thanks thomas), got to say its made a bigger differance in it then i thought it would of with more power everywhere but from from 4000-5500 it really gets going.
Got a 3.45 open centre diff from xh tradesmen ute so will get a mechincal locka for that or mini spool for now so i can go to the drags again to see what i run with extractors, cat and 3.45 gears before cam gets fitted...

Went to the drags today to have some fun and to see how much differance the extractors and cat had made.I still have the 3.23 diff in and had normal tyres on the back (not mickey ET streets).
The best i got today was 15.00@92.28mph (148.5 km/h) out of 9 runs i had which surprised me i didnt think it would do that pretty well std...

So you dropped a fair bit then with just extractors and cat. That's not bad at all. :D

yep,my best before was 15.56 to 15.70's with sticky tyres on,i done a 15.56 first run with tyres spinning on revlimiter and then after that 15.018,15.051,15.100 etc and 15.00 flat just a mick hair off 14...i was considering selling with the xe wagon here now but might hang onto it..
