Hey Guys

Well it was time to trade in the old BF SR "GT" that I had spent much loved time on. However drove the new Focus ST the other week (while actually looking for a car for my brother) and instantly had to have it.

Bit of negotiations and at the end of it my brother and I both walked away with a Frozen White Focus ST each.

Picked mine up today after they found one of me about a week after I ordered and OMG I love this car. It's soo much fun to drive, plenty of power when you need it (no matter what gear you are in) and the handling, all I can say is wow! The thing is like a go kart!

So much technology in the car to with great features it's fantastic.

Anyways I won't be modding this to the extreme I did with the Falcon however there will be some updates so keep an eye on it and as always - lots of pics.

Day before pickup:
My mate who worked there and the salesman go together and took a teaser pic, it was soo funny, I couldn't stop laughing

Day 1: Pickup - my turn for some thumbs up :-P

First mod was straight up haha drove from the dealer to the window tinter who able to fit me in that morning. I've used Malcom before on my Falcon and they do a fantastic job, so got the nice 18% Carbon film applied, only took them an hour as well!

Couple of interior shots, apologies about the quality, its hard to fit it all in with out the glare affecting it

Love these bucket seats! You will love or hate them but I find them soo comfy and really hugging

Oh wow, more grunt than a BA. What mods do you have planned for it? Going to assume the usual, exhaust intake tune? I'm also going to assume it's a turbo with that sort of power ;)

Phil, I think you have bought yourself a winner. ImageImageImage
I am guessing you DIDN'T buy it from Thomos?

If it isn't a rude question, how much to have the tint put on? My mate Cam needs his BA redone as the back window has bubbles in the film and the door ones aren't much better.

Looks great, mate. I reckon I could go back to a small car if it had that sort of power.

Thanks guys! Yeah power is awesome, I'm still running it in so haven't explored the whole rev range but there is so much power whenever you want it.

Hahah I'm going to hold back on the performance mods I think, well while its still under warranty anyways, got lots of visual ideas though so watch this space.

George - I got it from Cumberland Ford as my mate works there and put a word in to the new car guys for me. As for the tint, no worries at all, only cost me $295 all up as I was a repeat customer he looked after me, however if you go in there and see Malcolm soonish and mention me and the Focus I'm sure he will look after you too!

If you need Accessories, don't forget to ask. My mate Cam works for the same group as Thomos. :)

Also on a side note, not sure if others have come across but I grabbed the rear parcel shelf on the weekend to take it down and got a hand full of fibre glass fibres, hurt like hell and spent the rest of the day pulling them out. It's dodgy as, you can see all the fibre sticking through the crap carpet they use. I remember my misses Fiesta was the same, anyone else come across this?

OOOO looked what just turned up from the states :-) Brand new genuine eFocus lower engine mount! Is a lot more solid than the stock one we get so should help with the horrible axel tramp these things get under hard acceleration
