pretty close! as u can see i still gotta sort the wiring out ( relocating battery to the boot) also have to sort the manual gearbox, radiator and pedal kit. then chuck the front BA XR seats in. then lastly put a decent exhaust system on

no idea on exhaust as yet, twin 3 inch perhaps, Im after mass lumpyness as its not going to be a drag car, just a cruiser

toranaguy, cost me $30 to get machined, i was happy with that

JH is brisbane I think as JG is Geelong, 63? I can't remember, 66 is a GT coupe, 33 GT (der) 37 is Fairlane, might be a Fairmont coupe - stuffed if I can remember :roll:

According to the tables the motor is from a Brisbane built , August 1980 Fairlane.
So there is where the dizzy issue come from.
You actually have an original black motor and was supplied a blue motor dizzy for it.

Body work finished!, just needs a polish now, was up til 3 am friday night and alllllll day saturday til 7pm but she is finally all cut back and buffed. what a mission, but the end result is clearly worth it, as you can see :D

not moving yet but should get the wiring done this weekend with the battery in the boot.

interior is almost complete too, just gotta rig the front seats in and its all done there.
