Love the car ate looks mint :D in regards to the ba/bf rear seats I'm pretty sure what most people do if wire or ziptie the ef/el seat frame to the bottom of the ba/bf frame. As for the back part I'm not certain but I think they bolt in. where most problems come in is the side bolsters which must be changed to suit the seats as they use a different locking and folding mechanism note sure how they fit though hope that helps. If you do it should make a tech doco so everyone can see.

Cheers Zac

Thanks mate I appreciate the positive feedback!

Yeah the front seats are as easy as swapping the bases, which is simple enough. The rears look more complex, still scratching my head on how to fit it at the moment!

Cleaned up the Agents and they came up real well! Also did a sample of the rims on the XR, look rrreeeaaalll smooth! 8-)

I will have to roll the gaurds though, Eye Candy in Dandenong can guarantee no cracks in the paint for $200 for all four wheels so I'll get that done at some stage!

CVE are still waiting on the Billets from the US before my cam can be done, head had more corrosion on it then I would have liked but looks like it can be machined out. Starting to get excited now, was hoping for it all to be completed this week but the yanks have stuffed us around lol!

Anyhoo enough chit chat and here are the rims!!
front's arn't too bad, just have to get creative with some mounts to the rails.

rears are more of a headache.

custom brackets for the seat backs.
back seat base is a lot thinner then the EF/EL one due to the fuel tank position and thus difficult to mount it to the floor.
side bolsters don't fit the shape of the wheel arch very well, need to remove a lot of the meat from them.
quote from effalcon on boosted falcon if you send him a pm I'm sure he can help you out

Cheers Zac

Low Down Guard Rolling looks alright too, they claim they won't damage paint AND they will come to me which is a bonus!
Will give them a call and see if they can match Eye Candy's quote.

Looks like I'll be going with Phat Guard, $120 for 4 wheels isn't too bad!!

I think it is a crack on one of the Agents, I'll chuck a better pic of it up so I can get some opinions but it's a bummer! Will have to rock the FTR's on the drag day on the 28th!

Good newes took the Agent into get checked properly to see if it was cracked, turns out it isn't cracked just some kinda silicone or something must have been flicked onto the rim! Woo hoo!
I have been doing research into the effects larger rims have on speed and power, it's quite interesting actually. For instance people who have jumped from 18" to 20" have seen upto a 14RWKW loss in power! Anyway the difference between my FTRs and the Agents is quite astounding, the FTRs way only 20kgs with 16"x7", while the Agents are a 19"x8" and 26.6kg!

Looking forward to the drag day on the 28th April, however has made me wonder how my clutch and brakes will cope with the 175+RWKW I'm expected to have...

what clutch you running? i dont think you will have any problems. dont over-think the wheels. remember you have more grip with bigger tires than you had with the ftr's

I only had 3-4rwkw difference with my 19" and 15" wheels. Not really noticeable.

LOL just the factory XR one!

Yeah i'm not overly worried, I just never really know/thought tire size makes such a difference. Can't wait to see how she goes though, I'd be happy with around a 14.2 pass
