its still should be fun til you boost it. let us know how the 1521a goes, when i had the 977b114 in, i got bored of it too quick and was tossing up between the 977b110 and the 1521a. i ended up going the 977b110 cause mine is a daily and a family car and i thought the 1521 would be a bit too much

No probs, it won't be in for like 4 weeks coz the head is getting done first. 110lobe sep is pretty good, do you find it brings the power on earlier?

comes on around the same revs, but i had the 114 lsa advanced 2 degrees to bring that on just a touch earlier. but the 110 comes on alot harder. still revs to 6000, but you can feel the power drop off around 5400-5500 now. when i had the 114 on the dyno, it didnt peak before i hit the limiter.

I reckon the 1521a will peak very high, but it will be interesting to see just coz not many people seem to keep them long enough to properly tune.

yeah i was talking to chris (i think) from wade and he didnt recommend the 1521 if i was staying NA because it wouldnt peak before the limiter.

Yeah Im hoping when it is tuned properly with the J3 and limiter removed that it should work nicely.

Opened up the air box today to discover a 'King Dragon' panel filter, does anyone know how good they are? Will probably get rid of it anyway for a K & N....

Haven't got many engine bay pics, so here are a couple...

My headers are a tad rusty, probably due to being at Phillip Island for a while so might be time for new ones soon...

I was having a look at the air intake setup today, does anyone know of any kits to dress it up a bit? Specificaly the highlighted part in the below pic. I have seen a few EL's rockin custom metal one's which look good, is custom the way to go?

Will the BA fit straight on? I would think the BA one would be bigger?

Cheers mate, might be a better opition too due to giving more flow due to the diameter?
