Yeah the Kenne Bell is going great on the ute. Was a long time coming but its been worth it.
Still gotta lot of work to do on the tune. Basically we were pushed for time before Powercruise so we just got it safe to get us through the weekend. Gotta fix my data logging as we lost it the day we done the last tune before we got on the dyno, and we also got to fix the Water/Meth injection too, as its not activating under boost.

Sending a PM now too mate, got a little news you may be interested to hear ;)

Yeh i knew that would be the case.......

Anything up to 205cc head is fine there after they change size and location of port and bolt pattern.

Well today i am off to Sureflow Exhausts in Ingleburn to discuss the exhaust situation. I have spoken to several companies and it seems that Sureflow offer the best price for a one of custom set of headers. I will more than likely get the flanges cut by them, then purchase the Difillipo custom kit for a 4 into 1 setup and speak to Fordmods esteemed fabribator of all things metal and alloy and see how we go from there.

Updates to follow in the next few days.

Brett

I ordered a sump from summit, but could have got one locally. Just use and XW 351 windsor. Its the same as the chrome one i got from Summit. Ford Muscle Parts sell them.

Yep, thats the one. You will need to use the plate fro the dipstick, as the 351W has the dipstick coming out the passenger side of the block, and the sump has no provision for a dipstick.

OK, a question for those in the know. I have purchased an EL factory V8 T5 bellhousing, and need to know what parts will be needed for the manual conversion.

At this stage i know i need a pedal box, clutch, clutch cable, gearbox and flywheel, but i dont know what flywheel i need.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Brett

Don't forget to add

Spigot Bearing
Clevis Pin and split pin - (connects cable to clutch pedal)
Rubber dampener - (connects cable to clutch fork)
Clutch Fork and retainer plate and bolt

As for the flywheel, on the suits a V8 Windsor would be good hehe

Cheers
