Simple answer. NO.

It will be tuned sometime early next week. Joe has other stuff on and ealry next week is the best.

Thats actually quite good, as there is a fair bit under the car that needs to be done before it can be tuned, but everythin in the bay is essentailly finished.

Brett

Well it was another good day today. Have acquired the loom for the damaged abs and brake switches, tailshaft done. On a bad note one of the fittings for the box is being a bastard and will need to be looked at. Should be all systems go come Tuesday at the latest.

Cheers
Brett

Another good day today, thanks to DC_Todd for the assist, the check list of things under the car is as follows
1. Do up the tailshaft CHECK
2. Fill the box and converter BOX CHECK, converter no
3. Attach the supply line for the box CHECK
4. Replace sender and cog for the Auto due to ratio change. To Do
5. Attch mounting points for handbrake due to change to AU diff To Do
6. Attach "hooks" for the handbrake cable over the rear cover of the diff CHECK
7. Fill cooling system and check for leaks CHECK
8. Replace brakefluid To Do

The converter can not be filled until the car is running so am in a catch 22 on that one.

Also managed to wire in the sensor for the cam and crank, and she almost started. "Someone" had the leads on incorrectly, but DC_Todd to the rescue. Then we ran out of Battery. :(
Big thanks to SWC for the coils mounting bracket. It looks good and does the job nicely.

Had a small backfire through the TB and managed to get a blister on my left index finger, as well as burning the hair off my left arm upto the elbow. Funny as though

No pics at this stage, but all things being equal she will start and run tomorrow, then hopefully tune time.

Cheers
Brett

It would be a nice change to turn spanners instead of the small farm animals you two are used to turning around together!
