So you think 400 is achievable?
Gonna need "two of the big ones" (very hard to find that pic amongst what google was showing for "two of the big ones")

Well tonight it fired up. But didnt run for long. Seems not having the MAF plugged in really hurts them fuel wise, as well as forgetting the basics, like setting the TPS, Mine was set at 1.15v and that was causing the flooding issue. Thats now sorted. She didnt fire any further due to some poor quality fuel hose that burst while trying to refire it. Tomorrow will see the plugs removed and cleaned again, and the final wiring of the NOS.
Some pics for your amusement. Brett You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Time for a little update, that has significant implications for the dyno day this weekend.
Several rules need to be adheared to whilst fixing a distributor. Rule no1, if the metal makes a solid metalic bang when inserting the cotter pin for the gear, stop. The pin doesnt fit and needs either a bigger hole or a smaller pin. So drill the shaft to fit, do not keep hitting the cotter pin., As a result of not taking my own advice, the Dizzy is back with the builder getting a new shaft. Heres hoping it is done in time for a refit this afternoon. This was only noticed once it was fired up yesterday, and the top of the dizzy was moving about 15mm front to back and left to right. Not cool. So unless you are an expert, leave this kind of stuff to the experts. Oh, and dont let me have access to a hammer when working on a car. Brett
