na.. ill leave the air to air, seems to be working great so far..

there is a hybrid/custom front bar about to be made to suite my application :wink:

I would say black paint is your friend but in this case paint it white, will blend in better, but might look horrible

although i dont really see why police will have an issue with having a front mount intercooler???

alumium mesh painted white over the front,stops rocks and crap,may blend in better.

I could just imagine a bit of fibreglass surgery on the front bar to make the cooler less noticeable. Image

aftermarket eb xr f skirt moded by me to fit around cooler flexy pipe
troyman u should be able to pick one up from your local bar refinisher thats where i got mine $160 unpainted

i do have the sprint front lip here, but not sure if i should cut it up..

but the bar thats getting done is going to be a little unique for a box car...

more updates..
i went to ems today to get some pins for the 8860 plug,
as someone has removed all the pins and wires that were not used in the ecu's last aplication..
so one step closer to deciding wether or not to use the 8860 instead of the stinger..???

made up a heat shield to cover the turbo exhaust housing from a au heat shield..
it will do for now, untill i can find out if there is anything to gain using a turbo beanie ....

Heat shield then heat wrap with the black stuff like mine, even tho its hot you can still put ur finger on it without getting 3rd degree burns.
