Even a fancy rebuilt T5 and T5z is weaksauce.
There is a reason Ford ditched it in their XR6T's. Proper gearbox or disposable stock T5's are the go. A few guys tried the fancy T5's on boosted and broke them too. |

well today i ordered and paid for the 10.5" h/d clutch kit and the light weight billet flywheel,
hopefully it will be here in a few days so i can pull the old one out and throw it over the fence.. now lets see how long it takes ti kill the first t5???? |

well to my supprise, the new flywheel and clutch arrived today..
now thats some great service from npc,... i ordered it yesterday and it arrived today.. as im a rather inpatiant person, especially when it comes to buying parts!! im satisfied on so many levels.. also i just went and weighed the flywheel to see how light weight it was? and its a rather light 8kg.. so if all goes to plan the cluch is going in on friday... a couple of pics....
