yeh thats true but becoming more commom nd probly still alot cheaper then those options

Even a fancy rebuilt T5 and T5z is weaksauce.

There is a reason Ford ditched it in their XR6T's.

Proper gearbox or disposable stock T5's are the go. A few guys tried the fancy T5's on boosted and broke them too.

well today i ordered and paid for the 10.5" h/d clutch kit and the light weight billet flywheel,

hopefully it will be here in a few days so i can pull the old one out and throw it over the fence.. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

now lets see how long it takes ti kill the first t5???? :twisted:

well to my supprise, the new flywheel and clutch arrived today.. :shock:
now thats some great service from npc,... i ordered it yesterday and it arrived today.. :shock:

as im a rather inpatiant person, especially when it comes to buying parts!! im satisfied on so many levels.. :lol: :lol: 8-)
also i just went and weighed the flywheel to see how light weight it was? and its a rather light 8kg..

so if all goes to plan the cluch is going in on friday...

the std e series/au fly wheel clutch surface area is 9.5? or 10"and it weighs 11.9kg...
overall the outer diameter is the same on std e series,au and ba..just the clutch surface is larger on ba...

Both, and then some.....getting the poofter to run, and fit H/D valve springs and vernier gear, then retune for over 20 psi.......

so no luck getting it running right :( ... the mav will hoot on 20 psi??
