sounds good, how much does it cost roughly to get 1 tune done, not starting from scatch but just having a play to clean it up a bit

how much is that E85 gear sydney boys?

The manual, even though it may be 'slower' is still alot of fun :P let's see how you keep clutches up to this one hehe

at the moment e85 is 1.30 per ltre..

i think this clutch will hold up but its pretty harsh. its pretty much just on/off so i cant see the t5 lasting to long..

just a quick question about your gear stick tman..
is it a ba xr6 gear knob on a aftermarket shifter, or is it the complete ba xr6 shifter and knob with the eb gt gearboot? i dont mind the short shifter with the ba knob 8-)

its a xr6t gear knob, i have a cheap usa mustang short shift that i modified by making the upper shift to take the metric thread gear knob..

these are older pics from when it was manual before..

So i can just make my own shorter shifter to fit onto the part that enters the gearbox and fit the knob, never thought of that lol.
Thanks.

I made one on a lathe , the one that came with my mustang shifter wasnt the correct thread either .
You can fit any gear knob you want , just have to make up a shifter .
I also made up the plastic bit out of nylon on a lathe that holds the gear boot up to the knob. All in my build thread if you can find it lol

update,
since fitting the ba double ball joint swaybar links to the rear swaybar ive created a small issue, the sway bar now moves a fair amount side to side..

to fix this i purchased a set of swaybar lateral locks from whiteline suspension.
this will stop the swaybar from moving side to side and should help firm up the cornering alittle
